House Staff Scheduling Coordinator Needed PDF Print E-mail
Dreamweavers is looking for an organized, out-going individual to take the volunteer position of House Staff Scheduling Coordinator. This important position is vital for Dreamweavers, for without it we cannot provide the efficient and welcoming crew you have come to expect at our shows! We would welcome your help! Won't you consider becoming a part of the Dreamweavers' family?

Duties include:
  • Scheduling House Managers and Ushers for each performance
  • Training new House Managers and Ushers
  • Assuring volunteers comply with DW policies and procedures
Scheduling is done from a list of individuals who have already volunteered to serve as House Managers and/or Ushers, and may be done by phone or email. Scheduled house staff recruit their own replacements should they find that they cannot make their shift. Interested parties should contact Board President, Kimberly Olson.
