Tito Morelli (otherwise known as the famous opera singer, Il Stupendo) who is to perform at the gala season opener of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company, arrives late, drunk and is given a double dose of tranquilizers. Assistant manager, Max, is persuaded to dress as Otello and perform in his stead, but Morelli comes to—now two Otellos are running around in this madcap comedy guaranteed to leave you teary-eyed with laughter!
